Cookie Notice
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This Cookie Notice explains how CP Digital Solutions ("CPDS", "we", "us" and "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the CPDS public website in its current live state.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can help the site function and remember preferences.
2. Essential cookies and local storage
This website uses local storage for core operation, including remembering the cookie choice you make on our cookie banner. That preference is stored in your browser under the name cpds_cookie_consent. It is not used to identify you and is not shared with anyone.
3. Analytics and behaviour measurement
With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager to load two measurement tools:
- Google Analytics 4 — tells us how many people visit, which pages they use, and whether they start or complete an enquiry.
- Microsoft Clarity — produces heatmaps and session replays that show where visitors encounter difficulty on a page.
None of these load unless you choose "Accept analytics". If you choose "Reject analytics", or make no choice at all, Google Tag Manager is never loaded and neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity runs.
The fields on our contact form are masked, so the name, email address, enquiry topic and message you type are not captured in Microsoft Clarity recordings.
4. Chat, booking and form tools
- Website chat — the chat window available on every page, provided by HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector).
- Booking calendar — the calendar on our Book a call page, provided by HighLevel and shown from our own domain, links.cpdigitalsolutions.co.uk.
- Form security check — Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads when you start using our contact form and checks that it is being sent by a person rather than an automated program.
These tools may store information on your device, such as cookies or local storage, as part of how they work. They are not controlled by the analytics choice on our cookie banner. See our Privacy Policy for how enquiry, chat and booking details are handled.
5. Other third-party services
Some third-party content or links (for example external messaging links) may set cookies once you leave the CPDS website or use those third-party services directly. Their cookie practices are governed by their own policies. Google, Microsoft, HighLevel and Cloudflare each publish their own information about the data their tools collect.
6. Managing cookies
You can use the Cookie Settings link in the website footer to reopen the cookie banner and update your analytics choice at any time. That choice covers the analytics tools in section 3; it does not switch off the chat, booking and form tools in section 4. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may impact website functionality.
7. Changes to this notice
If our cookie or measurement usage changes, we will update this notice so it reflects the website's current state, and revise the "Last updated" date above.
8. Contact
